Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. It is a very low-impact exercise program where instructors always provide modifications. The workouts move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. People find it a great workout that can be made as challenging or as easy as you are feeling that day. The instructors are described as absolutely wonderful, great, awesome, knowledgeable, and unique. They clearly love what they do and will always challenge you no matter which one. The staff and students are very welcoming, creating a great community of people who cheer each other on. The studio is super clean and inviting. This place welcomes you right where you are in your fitness goals, whether you haven't exercised in years or are adding something new. It is highly recommended for people looking for a low-impact course. There are classes every day with a variety of time slots and childcare is available. It is definitely worth working into your exercise routine.
