The treatment I received at this shop was outstanding! I went in with no idea what batteries I needed or if the devices would work once the batteries were replaced. The young man treated me with a smile, understanding and kindness. He figured out a way to test my devices and made sure they worked. He respected my choice of devices and made me feel valued. All, this for a sale of $10.82 including tax. I left there with a smile on my face knowing this is where I will come whenever I need their services.

Don't ever bring your phone to be worked on. They had my phone for a month and still not repaired. What are they even getting paid for? I really hope that management sees this because this is absolutely the worst customer service and such a bad look for a company. The employees lie right to your face.

Mostly a knowledge and friendly team at this store.The man on the phone sounded like he could help with my I-Phone replacement battery bought the day prior. The team at the counter just said that they couldn’t help and a Have A nice Day.The phone discharged as fast as the battery that we replaced.It would be nice to have this team tell customers that their replacement isn’t any better than the replaced battery .I’m out $80.00 for nothing!Please tell customers to send their I-Phones in to Apple for new batteries and save their $80.00 at Battery Plus!Thank you!Richard

Horrible service and careless manager.I purchased Duracell marine ultra deep cell battery a week ago at the Yakima location which was about 60miles each way from my location. When I returned home and went to install it I noticed there was NO nuts for the posts. I called the store and they told me that it did not come with two nuts $.20 worth of nuts they couldn’t provide for $250 battery. I spoke with a person at customer care to voice, my displeasure I then spoke to the store manager and asked for these to be sent to me as I was planning to use the battery for my boat the following weekend. I asked them to be overnighted. The manager said he would do that. I checked the mail again today and they have not arrived and after calling customer care back, I found out he did not overnight them even though he said he would. I was lied to, and that’s more upsetting than the actual hassle.

Stopped by Sunday for some solar battery replacements. The guy working the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The batteries were more expensive vs Amazon. In my opinion getting a expert in this field is worth it to get the correct part vs guessing and returning. Plus I replaced them same day and our driveway was 100% fully lit same day.
