Good customer service and decent selection of technology products. Prices are a bit high, but expected since it's brick and mortar retail. For getting a product right away without having to wait for shipping, it's reasonable.
Repair service could be a little bit better, they blew their repair estimate time horribly and I'm still waiting to get my laptop back...

Service went down hill, tried to get help to buy an I watch, not one associate stepped up, they were more interested in each others stories then helping customers. One Star because I can’t turn it off.

The store was nice and cool, but there were not any visible employees to ask for assistance, except for one lone cashier. I ended up going back out to the car where I waited for my friends to make their purchase.

The phone number given on Google search isn't the local Yakima store. It appears to be a foreign go between, so if I want to know about something in their local store, the phone number us of no use.
