This is the most pathetic place I've ever been to in my life my woman and I where supposed to have a handicap accessible walk in shower did we get that no the beds where to high to get on for her I had to pick her up 2 and a half feet up from her wheelchair which if any of her other caregivers would have been with her and not me she would have never gotten into the bed now back to the walk in shower it was a stander bath tub with bars witch once again she was unable to even take a shower this was horrible ive never seen my wife cry her eyes out like this, this was after the front lady told us that are reservation was not paid which reley was they just had failed to send a form to cover accidental damages and tried to charge twice I should have known it was going to be bad when the amount of druggies doing drugs and the driveway and all over the street around the hotel now I don't know if she'll want to go somewhere else with how much her anxiety was pushed setting in the car for 2 hours in 90 degree heat while I was trying to figure it out going back in forth telling people that kept approaching my car to ask for random stuff drugs or a ride acc to stop coming up to my car I have had rooms cost less then the 170$ dollars that was spent on this room and have never been so uncomfortable unsatisfied in my life

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Plus Yakima Hotel after a long road trip. Tony, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check-in a breeze. Our room was clean and the pool was well-maintained, offering a perfect way to relax. It was a truly relaxing stop with a great experience overall!

The location leaves a bit to be desired but rooms and breakfast were great. The location a few miles south in Union Gap is more desirable.

We were there with the high-school girls softball tournament and the hotel made accommodations for the school bus, driver and all passengers
Rooms: The room we were in was on the ground floor, it had heat or air conditioning, two queen size beds, a coffee maker with hot cocoa, coffee (both decaf and different varieties of regular coffee. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave. The room was comfortable with easy access to the amenities
Food & drinks: They had breakfast in the morning with all kinds of food. They had waffle makings, sausage or bacon. Cereal and milk, coffee, teas, hot coca, hot cider, juices, fruit, muffins, bagels and many other things, there were attendants putting fresh items out

We booked and paid online for a double queen but upon arriving one hour prior to us arriving they said there was a “mistake” and they converted us to a single king with a pullout. I already knew that this “mistake” was someone else complaining. We were 4 people traveling over night. We put the lightest people on the pullout couch. We tried take pullout but even just the two of me and my daughter we sank in the pullout. It’s basically a non functioning pullout with 3 inch mattress. Didn’t get any sleep and now I have back pain. Thanks Best Western worst nonrestful sleep I’ve had since sleeping in a bradley fighting vehicle.

At first sight the location looks iffy. But while my wife and I were there the staff was super accommodating and understanding. Just for that reason I would definitely recommend staying here for your Yakima experience

Our experience with your hotel was horrible! We stay at a lot of hotels during football season and in comparison, your hotel scored extremely low. Your hot tub was out of order which is one of the reasons we chose your hotel, there was the light from the pool floating in the pool when we went down, still attached to the electrical cord and after pointing this out to the front desk, it was still like that the following day. The ice machine was broken and the vending machine decided to work when it felt like it. There was someone staying above us that sounded like they had small children. There was pounding, jumping all kinds of banging until late into the night around 11 PM and then these noises started again at about 530 to 6 AM . I had a long drive ahead of me the next day and decided to call the front desk at about 6:15 AM to complain. She said she would call them. I don’t know if she ever did, but I suspect she did not since the noise did not stop , there was a small dog staying in the room next to us that was yapping on and off most of the night and anytime adore opened or closed throughout the day. I also made a complaint about this and how disruptive it was and was told this person was staying there for a month and they would let them know the dog was bothering other people. When I went to check out, I decided to mention to the front desk all of the experiences that we were satisfied with and what I was told instead of I’m sorry or what can I do to make it better? I will make a note of it.
After we returned on Saturday at about noon, we were exhausted from no sleep from the night before and had to get up super early early and had barely slept due to the barking dog and Upstairs neighbors. We went to go enter our room and our cards had been Deactivated. We had to go all the way to the front desk and have them reprogrammed just to enter our room. I was extremely disappointed by this hotel and will never stay there again and or recommend it.

I’m changing my review because apparently now I can’t stay here due to living in the same city. I booked 3rd party and was told they would work with me to get my money back and than when it was time to do so they backed out since I just needed a written confirmation in a pdf from them and they couldn’t give me that. But I’ve been staying here and all the sudden get treated like Yakima TRASH, when I’m not even from Yakima but my I.D. has a Yakima address. Prices are ridiculously high for no reason. And they boost it up double if they know they will get a full house for people coming in for tournament games. Total 180. I had this rated 5 stars until new management.

I recommend not going to this hotel, it is one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. I had horrible service. It took me 1 hour and 30 minutes to get a room and I saw a huge cockroach in the bed. Never go to this hotel.
