Absolutely the worst spot ever!
1) They let someone into our room with just our last name and room number. I thought my name and stuff was safe. WRONG!
2) The handicap door opened up so quickly it ripped my son’s nail off his foot and left him with a major contusion on his forehead.
3) They registered us, and we stayed a whole hour after 2 AM discussing what was already booked. We rented a pack n play for the whole time we were staying and they rented it to someone else.
4) We had people smoking weed right across from us.

Manager at front desk was unhelpful and rude. Had a two night stay booked only to get to the location to find out they had canceled our reservation without our knowledge and a different room with a different price rate was presented to us at time of arrival. As we had booked our stay almost two weeks ahead of our planned trip and budgeted accordingly, this was a huge hiccup in our trip. Instead of being apologetic and accommodating, it seemed as though those who were on shift during the time we went in tried to shew us away not wanting to deal with the problem in which they had clearly created.

Do not stay here! We paid for a king with a pullout and got a room with a double bed no pullout! We were told they were all sold out and after asking what they could do for us, we were given a $10 credit. A total joke after paying over $530 for 2 nights!!!!! Keurig coffee pot was broken and the one treadmill in the gym was broken.

Surprisingly quiet given that it is right off the highway. We stayed in the rooms facing a park like setting...and had a nice patio with chairs. Exceptionally clean rooms and the tv had a lot of channels to choose from. The hubby said their breakfast was very good. Kureg coffee makers in room ☕️ yay!! The beds were comfortable with huge pillows. The front desk staff were excellent...especially Jackie!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Stay here every time we have a trailer show at the sun dome, wonderful location, the rooms are clean, and they don't cheat people on breakfast. Highlights include a waffle press and an omelette station, made to your order. thankful for good owners and great breakfast

I stayed there on. Business trip for two days. I experience fleas in my room when ask for a new room they moved me down the hallway I was very unsatisfied with that they also wanted to come in my room every three days to clean it . They. Also claimed they had to come in my room every three days I ask why and the said it’s the law and that was false .
Very bad area, drugies and a really bad area . I never stay there or any best western ever

I would've given this place 5 stars if it weren't for the morning day of check out. I have the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door, and housecleaning knocked trying to come in even though the sign was clearly there. We politely said "this room is occupied" and the cleaning lady left. I went down to my car to start loading stuff in there, getting ready, and when I come back upstairs the same cleaning lady is right outside my room door, the sign is still on the handle mind you, and about to enter until I walked up and opened the door and closed it in front of her. If the "do not disturb" signs are completely ignored then why are they there?

This was the biggest blessing to my pastor, church elder and I as we were in town for a regional Church conference. We came from Hayden Idaho and were surprised to see wonderful scripture and an encouraging mission statement on the walls. The rooms and beds were clean and well kept. The front desk service and complimentary food were excellent. All together a great experience!
