Bought a suburban sight unseen. Multiple dealers started the process on a different car actually but Dominick finalized this one because I didn’t even realize they had a suburban in my price range. Being an 08 I knew there would be a few things that I’ll deal with over time. But the price reflected those minor defects accordingly. I will be needing to get caramels as it has 200k+ miles. But the drive train is smooth and it’s handling so well. I’m tax exempt when delivered to my own reservation and I’m not Yakama, I’m Puyallup. They had a tow driver do the delivery for me. Which meant they got it to me without putting extra mileage on it to Fife. They handled the paperwork easily through Docusign and the payment went smoothly. Especially considering I paid in full and titled.
Overall I’d do it again and I’m a little braver about buying vehicles sight unseen now.

STAY AWAY! Bought a truck from these guys in August. They bragged about how great their shop was and informed that their shop had gone through it and did an oil change. As soon as I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. It was very late and I had a 3 hour drive home so I decided id keep driving it. It made it home OK but for the last 3 month I've been trying to fix the issue with my oil pressure changed sensors and buy parts. Come to find out their techs that they had bragged about did not put the oil cap back on with all the parts cause my oil filter to collapse and nearly causing engine failure. I wounf never go back to these guys again STAY AWAY!

We bought a lemon and Better All Auto will NOT do anything about it, even on the things they said they would do!
We bought a 2012 gmc terrain with a little over 100k miles on it. We didn't expect it to be perfect. Adan said they would take care of the back hatch that wouldn't stay up, they didn't. When we test drove it we left the radio off because we wanted to listen to the car. It wasn't til we were on the way home that we realized that one of the speakers were blown. They won't do anything. But the real kicker is the check engine lights. We were 12 miles from the dealership and the check engine light came on. Then, on the way to California, we tried the air conditioning and it doesn't work. We didn't even think to try it, it is too cold outside in Yakima.
Obviously we should have done a better inspection, and that's on us. But to be willing sell a lemon and not even respond to us is really frustrating!
We will NEVER go back to them and suggest you stay far away too!

Don’t buy from. They sell broken down vehicles. Only had the truck for 5 months and needs a motor. One month into and had to replace all the transmission lines.
