I'm so disappointed. I understand it's a .membership store HOWEVER I drop my grandmother off at the door. She said it only be a minute but after 15 minutes I went to go look for her and help her. And the bouncer at the door wouldn't even let me look for her. Perhaps a visitor pass . That way you can have bouncer by the exit to make sure the person with a visitors pass can't purchase anything and if they do perhaps slam some cuffs on them and hold until authority get there.

Horrible service when in the otherside door by accident lady would not let us walk inside to the other side to show proof of the card and to walk all the way around to do it. Me personally I would of just been like is okay just walk In right over there.

Not crowded, since it's member only. Which is nice not having to always wait in huge lines to check out. Very outgoing and inviting employees/ cashiers

dont you dare go into the store with a backpack (which is my purse and since they only give paper bags and i walk and take the bus) the employees will literally stalk you and try to make you as uncomfortable as possible. this location isnt as bad as the one by fred myer but oh man. if you need someone to keep their bag in front, say so. im not doing your job for you. be reasonable. ive worked retail for decades and seeing older women stalk
me for shopping is embarrasing to the company. grow up or hire properly discreet asset protection. Prices and stuff they sell are great at times. most times. But the cashier's are seemingly trained to be slow. It's surreal how slow the people are. And their dog food and treats are kinda poopy. But it's fine. It's bimart.

This is like a mini Walmart, with everything you might need. The difference is in the attitude of the employees. They own the store so they care about your shopping experience and they keep the prices low. I love the live plants in the garden center.
