Took quite a while to get loaded. Arrived at 12:30 for a 1pm appointment. It’s 8:30 and just now got a door. Also be aware, while getting loaded you need to go inside warehouse and count pallets, so dress accordingly. Plenty of space to back into spot. Bring lunch and dinner, not much to eat around here.

Very poorly run yesterday and today. Original appointment was for 2200, load was rescheduled for following day at 0915, of course no one thought to tell Carrier. Checked back in at 0700, load not ready, then checked in at 0945, was then told load is being repacked. Finally got a door at 1230 but only after went again to shipping. Shipping clerk, young man not sure his name, very rude. Claimed I have only been here waiting a few hours when it's actually been almost 16 hours

I want to give a shoutout to Jose and Perla in the shipping and receiving office! As a truck driver, I really appreciate when things run smoothly, and they made that happen. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly and helpful, quickly assigning me a door and getting the loading started right on time. - parking at stage area
- walk to shipping office, fill out information (assign door right away)
- before backing to dock, precool trailer 33°-34°, slide tandem back, open door
- when green light, back to office to get paperwork
- done

Took me by my appt 16.45. They got a large parking lot, if you need to buy something from city, you can ask them to drop your trailer and do your store shopping.
