When I arrived, Kris was the only attendant working and was handling a busy stream of customers picking up and dropping off vehicles. On top of that, he was doing all of this while wearing an ankle boot due to a recent injury. Despite the circumstances, he never let the pressure affect his professionalism, attitude, or customer service.
My situation was far from a routine rental transaction and required extra time, problem-solving, and patience. Kris went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, checking in with me periodically while balancing the needs of multiple customers at the same time.
