“I travel to Yakima often for work and always rent from this location, and they never disappoint.
Chris is seriously amazing—he’s always on top of things, super accommodating, and just has the best attitude. Even when it’s busy or customers are being impatient, he stays friendly and helpful, which honestly makes such a difference after a long travel day.
The cars are always super clean and ready, and the process is really smooth every time. I also HIGHLY recommend signing up for the Gold program. It makes everything so easy—you can basically walk in, grab your keys, and go right after getting off the plane.
This location makes traveling way less stressful. I always feel taken care of here!
After reading some of the other reviews, I was honestly surprised because they don’t reflect my experience at all. This location operates around flight arrival times, and if you’re aware of that going in, the process is incredibly smooth.
