We have a family reunion here every year during the wintertime. It's a beautiful venue, has a great little kitchen for prepping food, and the kids love the little playground area outside.

SAVE YOU MONEY AND BOOK SOMEHWERE ELSE!!! Trust me....tried getting the venue booked in march/april no response had to track down owner Eileen at the flower shop in the mall. Met up with her everything was good, she was going to be out of town for the day of my wedding left a "wedding planner" to help out, came to see it was a high schooler with little no experience. Purchased their package for them to serve the food, BAD mistake!!! The waiters (KIDS!!) didnt know what they were doing. They brought so much stress during the event and thats the last thing i wanted. Then i text her i want to sit down to go over the service that was provided she said sure, came to find out she blocked me. Dont get me wrong the place is gorgeous but not worth the service!!! If you are going to book this venue for your event make sure you bring your own wedding planner and handle every single detail yourself dont purchase any extra packages from them and don't take their word for anything.

I met with Eileen once and everything sounded great at first. After time was approaching for my wedding I started calling and texting Eileen to put my order in for my plate, goblets, forks, spoon rentals and she never replied. I went to Cascade Garden twice and no answer. I called her and she would message me back sometimes and then out of nowhere stop responding. One thing is I understand we are all busy but if you really cannot help then say it! I kept waiting and waiting for her response and nothing. So disappointing because you were given a "yes, we can help you!" and then no response the next. Very unprofessional.

All I wanted from Cascade Garden was to rent tables and chairs for an outdoor wedding. I cannot describe how difficult it was trying to finalize anything with this business. In fact, I told my fiancé multiple times how confused I was by the lack professionalism and business sense being portrayed. It was nearly impossible to get any kind of response back. After calling multiple times I received a text from Eileen, the owner, saying she could not talk on the phone but that she could text. I quickly texted her back about the details for my rentals. I did not receive any reply so after waiting a couple hours I texted again. I finally received a reply four hours later. After determining the chairs I needed would be available she again just stopped replying. I texted her three more times trying to ask what she needed me to do to reserve the chairs and she did not respond for more than 24 hours. And it was only because I was so fed up with being ignored that I finally texted her that I would have to take my business elsewhere. That was the text she finally responded to. I’m sure Eileen is a kind person, but her lack of courtesy towards her customers is unacceptable. I cannot see myself ever doing business with Cascade Garden and certainly never recommending them to my family or friends.

The venue building gives off a rustic log cabin kind of feel. I love it. I'm excited to see what the outside looks like in the spring/summer.

Have been calling and emailing multiple times since September of 2022 and still no response. My last voicemail I made it clear that I had called multiple times and no one has gotten back to me, still nothing.

Our wedding is tomorrow and they crapped out on us! We even went down there and the place is trashed and no one was there. Try Bear Event services they're 100% better.

Went there for a wedding.This is a very nice venue for a Celtic wedding or a wedding that gets back to nature.This is a place I would have gone for our wedding!

This venue was everything we wanted for our wedding. The garden is just so beautiful and enchanting. Eileen was wonderful and attentive. I could not thank her enough for making our wedding day so special. Highly recommend this venue!
