If I could I would put negative stars. The pharmacy is the worst ever. Say they will get medication ready you go in & you still have to wait. Staff is rude, pharmacy manager believes nothing wrong. I can't transfer. So frustrating.

The dumb reception doesn't answer phone calls been on hold for ten minutes trying to get someoneto answer if I were them if fire all of them thy just sit round and have conversation and do the bare minimum at even answering phones while in clinic nothing but side eye and eye rolls from them

Been here since I moved to Yakima and the patient care is horrible. Take forever with any thing, follow ups, answering the phone or just checking in for an appointment. The receptionist are lazy! They will be having a conversation while people are waiting in line. We can hear giggles and laughter until finally one of them looks up. IDK what happened to this place!! The old crew was way better, was always so fast and smiley. A younger gentleman who I sometimes see in the front is always so helpful. Not sure who management is hiring these days. The nurses are better than before but still, THIS PLACE NEEDS A STATE REVIEW!!!!!

I took my 3 month old daughter in to get a growth that formed on her back looked at. After the doctor looked at her back she said she was going to put in a referral for an ultrasound at valley imaging. Everyone knows it takes about two weeks for valley imaging to get back to you. Well we waited for a month and decided to call valley imaging. When they answered we asked if she had an appointment scheduled because we are referred, and they told us they never got a referral. This is not the first time this clinic has messed up on things. They prescribed my inhaler telling me it was free, when it was not. They also prescribed my daughter lactaid which we never received. This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. I do not recommend.

Just because I read all of these bad reviews I will not be trying to become a new patient. They need to fix some stuff only for the sake of their patients quality of health health.

This has been my clinic pretty much my whole life, and unfortunately this no longer the place for my care at all. In just the last two weeks, I’ve had to call on average 6-8 times before I get to talk to a receptionist. I got my call dropped when getting transferred. I called about a referral after not hearing back and it was ordered incorrectly and was told they would’ve never known if I didn’t call. Plus I can never be seen in a timely manner. Other than going to the ER I could not be seen for an MVA evaluation until 2 or so weeks out. On top of that, I have never met my doctor or had the same care provider more than once.

Been going there only for a few months and they’ve dropped the ball so many times. The staff lacks communication nothing gets done properly I’m very upset with the service that is given at this clinic

Been going here for years and never had a problem....until yesterday. I dropped off some test results and asked to speak to the nurse about the results and if some symptoms I was having could be related. I got an eye roll from the receptionist before she got on the phone and called back to the nurses. She whispered into the phone and continued to act as if I was wasting her time before hanging up and saying the nurse won't talk to me until the dr reads my report. It is now the next day, still having symptoms and still no phone call.

If I could leave zero stars…. I would. Dr was rude, and dismissive. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I highly recommend going elsewhere

Revolving door of complete incompetence. The most difficult aspect of their service is prioritization and follow up. They are failing at geriatric care.
