I have been in several times, to purchase some items needed over the last year or so. Always greated by the friendly people who own and run it. and impressed with their technical knowledge, and help. Most recently my old (15 yr old lap top) lap top has many problems, and some new issues, so after discussing what the possibilities of repair and extended life, and costs, and options, looked at some of the used lap tops they had, and ended up getting one to replace my old lap top, (now relegated to only one task till it goes the big processor in the sky) Again, great people to deal with, honest, and very customer focused, if you have computer issues, this is where you should go.

They have a knowledgeable staff, but the store has an amazing assortment of cables, adapters, cards, and just all kinds of doodads for computers

It's and interesting store with a lot of cool pc items. Hard to find a store like this in town. The owner was pretty nice and helpful with my questions regarding parts I was looking for, even if they didn't have everything I needed on hand at the time.

constantly lose the signal for wifi paid every month for 2 1/2 years anyway now they suspend my service for no payment yet for only this month. wow if I had service at least 1/2 a month I pay now they do this. I feel it's very poor service never works anyway horrible wifi service lose or not even get a signal

Called up there before I went in and said I wanted to do a PC build . When I arrived all of the pieces to my PC were already pulled and READY TO GO. My PC was built and i came back to get it the NEXT DAY. Thank you so much for your wonderful service ! It couldn't have been any better. The PC works great by the way . I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this store .

Good customer service. They're the first place I look when looking for PC products. Would be 5 stars but I wish they would post which products they sold on their website so I didn't have to go down there to find out that they don't have it.

I was very Impressed by the store, along with their selection of merchandise. Although they didn't have what I was trying to purchase in stock. They still helped me out with another one of my computer problems for (FREE) and made my trip worth it. As I live in Ellensburg and road my bike there with my son. You'd better know your prices (from other places) and you'd better know their return policy (which is terrible. If you touch it - it's used. If you dont touch it - there's a 20% restock fee ) Prices are roughly DOUBLE what you can find anywhere else.Make sure All of your pieces and paperwork are returned to you...because that's an issue. If they install a program for you (which was marked up to Double the cost), God help you getting the password for it.No Faith in this company At All. They are Not upfront with their communication.BEWARE!!!

Called to get internet service, talked to a nice guy that directed me to a different provider then instructed me on hardware to help with my computer needs. He was very kind and helpful and I will definitely be going to them for any help in the future.

I've been a happy customer of Computer Works for over 20 years. I miss their great location on South 1st street but their attention to detail and great service live on in their current cramped quarters. They've built and maintained 2 computers for me and and I've always enjoyed a quick turnaround in the rare occasions I've had a problem. They explain everything thoroughly, offer solid opinions when asked, and stand behind their products. I'm happy to give them a hearty recommendation.

Purchased a computer, desktop. Failed to work, no hesitation replacing it (thankyou), when I picked it up I did not receive power cord. Called secretary, I did not get power cord, offered to purchase one..after such technical acumen, to lose a customer over sometime so mundane, ludicrous! Customer relations should take a priority.

My level of dissatisfaction runs deep. No technical support numbers, no technical support email, calling goes to a full voice mail box, attempted to submit an issue on their website form and it continually fails, Their website is just as bad as their support. If there were another option for service, I go there in an instant.
