This is the Costco call center, it's where people work and chat with unhappy purchasers. I don't personally work there but my baby's ma did work there for 2-3 years. They pay great for just sitting at a desk and chatting with customers trying to make them happy. It's a COOL place to work at if you like computers and angry people yelling in your ear all day!!! :)

Asked for updating address (just apartment number). Customer service officer already did so. UPS is shipping to the updated address (loaded on truck to ship on that day) then Ecommerce Resolution team put the shipping on hold. They tried to update again one more time the same address. What a process? Two points of contact to the third party? unprofessional?

While there is no customers allowed here at this facility. It is well known that there's s great number of good people working here and ensuring our packages,orders , questions ,comments and concerns are properly taken care of. I'm proud to have such center here in yakima.
