Cricket Wireless on Nob Hill in Yakima is supposed to be open until 8pm on Saturdays, we were even told that they would be open. However, when we went to their store the doors were locked while the two girls working were just standing there laughing. Not quite sure why you would ensure to your customers that you would be open and then have the door locked but it’s definitely not customer service. Won’t be going to that particular store ever again and I wouldn’t suggest their store to anyone else.

I have my son and my daughter and my boyfriend on my account they are on my family plan. and We like to travel. and We use google stuff a lot. and We are so glad that are smart phones has protective cases on them. and So it doesn’t break on us at all. and We are so glad that they have a great family plan. and I have tried other cell phone companies in the state of Indiana. and I ended up going back to cricket and It is the best one that I have been using for my cell phone family plan. and It is the best company for our family.

Excellent service from the young man who assisted me on Monday the 2nd of this month, very friendly, he clarified my doubts, helped me change my number, I asked about prices, he still assisted me very kindly, congratulations for being so efficient and professional at work, definitely very happy to visit toppenish cricket

They didn't have the phone that I wanted and couldn't sign me up for the ACP program. The lady on staff was rushing and kept trying to have me come back another day.

Never answer calls I been calling the last three days and no answer need to work on answering customers calls for our account needs and unanswered questions and mailbox is full.
