I came in on a Saturday to have all four tires replaced and a front end alignment done. It was pretty busy so there was about a 2-hour wait, which they informed me of upfront. During that wait, I was able to observe the great customer service offered by all the employees, even to grumpy customers who had been told the same thing I was about the wait and wanted to complain about it. One of the guys, Jace, was exceptional and the most polite, professional person I've ever experienced working in a tire shop. I definitely recommend this place.

Toa has the best customer service skills I think I've ever seen. He definitely makes you feel heard and addresses every one of your concerns. They also have new management, Deigo. He is 10000x better than the former manager. I needed an alignment after an incident that left me kind of paranoid to drive and not only did he personally do the alignment but he also walked me under the car explaining things to me. Mind you I showed up 15 mins before closing and he wasn't annoyed or rushing through it. Those 2 took my previous 3.5 star experience to a 5

Cayden, I believe his name is, the senior assistant manager? Very personable, super well mannered and well spoken, younger, but extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Im not always easy to handle, and I was in a hurr.. but he made me feel right at home and comfortable and gave me a GREAT deal with am AWESOME attitude to go with it. Im a local and 100% recommend discount tire over anyone else in the area. 110% satisfaction. Great great great experience.

Thank you to the managers Toa and Cayden for all their help. Had a situation where my wheels got scraped when they were putting on new tires, spoke to the manager Toa, he found a solution to get them repaired at no cost to myself, Toa was very professional about it and how things got handled very well. Awesome customer service from Toa and Cayden. Make sure if you need help from anyone at discount tire that you ask for both of them !

I ordered a set of rims and tires from these guys a few weeks ahead of my appointment and didn't hear anything until the afternoon before that they didn't have my wheels in ans they only had 2 in the entire company this is the most unprofessional experience I've had with any tire shop and dont recommend them to anyone
