If you pull out a $50 dollar bill to pay with they act like it's a million dollar bill. I bought just over $30 worth of merchandise and they wouldn't take it. Keeping your customers happy and coming back should be a priority.

I had a problem with an employee and the supervisor did nothing, terrible service.
She just started yelling at me because I asked for another balloon...and she didn't listen to me so she thought I wanted her to come and go over and over again that was NOT the case. She started to get aggressive and I told her not to yell at me and that I'd better talk to her supervisor, she came out and did nothing...it was an absurd situation and I just left and left the articles.

Nope. I was denied a request for a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act and will never darken the doorway of this location ever again.

I checked out Dollar tree on 5th Ave/Lincoln. I found a few items that the others didn't have. Very big Xmas present bags.

The store was well managed, clean, well stocked. The temperature was pleasant. When I asked where the batteries were I was directed straight to them with no hesitation. Plenty of parking including handicap parking and handicapped entrance.

They had everything for the right price, 1.25! Just don't like inflation, which a bag of takis is half the size of a normal one and practically has air in it... I mean, that's what you expect. Nice and clean! The bathroom was clean and nice. Long line.. waited about 5 minutes, but honestly, not bad!

Clean and organized. Lots of variety. They have a $3,$4, and ,$5 freezer section. Always seems to be short staffed though. Most of the employees are nice and have good customer service.

Manager lady… super rude !!! Lady in front of me who couldn’t speak English needed help and she (manager ) didn’t even let her finish what she was saying before cutting her off … since iv seen her working off nob hill dollar tree she’s been rude!

Workers are nice, store is clean and organized. Definitely need more cashiers though.

An associate let a friend of hers use the restroom and when I asked if it was for public use, she rudely said no and didn’t even bother paying attention to me as I was speaking to her. I felt discriminated. They should respect their rules among everyone and not pick and choose who they let in.

Very clean and really nice associates
