Absolutely horrid experience using this company. Do yourself a favor and run toward ANY other towing company. Nasty employees, rude, condescending and unethical. Nothing "elite" about this company. Charged me twice what they quoted and refused to release my truck until I paid.

Did not show up on time. Did not even answer thier phone for me or the insurance company. Finally showed up 1.5 hours late just as the second tow truck company was loading my vehicle.

The guy was really understanding and worked with us too have the best outcome we could hope for. I really disagree with police being able to impound your car for absolutely no reason, except the power trip he was on.... and then I'm sick with a giant impound bill that I can't afford just to get my only mode of transportation back... so I either borrow the money I need from somewhere and pay the outrageous bill... or I say screw it and just look for another cheap car somewhere... but then I'll eventually get stuck with the bill in collections, which will then suspends my license... I think the whole business is a scam....I do have to say though, that the owner of this tow company was more understanding than most, and worked out a deal with us that we could live with, even if we weren't exactly what you'd call happy with the whole thing.

Kid got in a wreck early in the morning. Elite was phenomenal in retrieving the car, keeping possessions in place despite terrible damages and was beyond helpful in working with us and the insurance to get our belongings and make sure releases were in order. The office staff was empathetic and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use Elite Towing personally in the future.

We had employed this company as our commercial tow company. I wish I could give less than 1 star. This is the worst most disrespectful company in Yakima. Find another company and save yourself some grief.

They towed wife’s car from her place of work, because she dropped it off at 4am before work to travel out of town. After explaining this to the guy at elite towing, he had absolutely no compassion, nor understanding for the series of events and misunderstanding.The only way to get her car out was to pay almost $450 in towing fees.These guys are a(not good people)holesDon’t do business. Call Bilko.

they took my car after hours and had it for only 45 minutes. we called to tell them we were going to pick it up. we show up and they're not there and were trying to keep it over night. after my girlfriend talked to them they chose to come. after we finished paying $466 within the same hour we checked our banks and they over charged us $100 for a total of $566 and said they couldn't fix it until the next day. SMH rude and scammers

Terrible customer service. Called to have my car towed and got mad cause i correct him to where the location was I wanted the car to go to. Started cussing me out for no reason and then hung up on. I was told I was speaking to the owner.
