Rented a vehicle for a week drove from Yakima Wa to Olympic National Park and Pacific Coast. Car fit all our needs dropped it off in Seattle downtown was very convenient. Getting into the parking garage was a little confusing but returned it and walked 5 minutes and had lunch at Pikes Market. Both stores had very nice young men that made it an easy and enjoyable experience.

Aunt booked the night before and they ended up not having the van she booked. I booked a 930 reservation and it wasn't until I got there that I was told there wouldn't be anything ready until 1 or later.

My SUV was taken to the Auto repair shop for damage sustained during an accident.
Enterprise Car rental was hired by my insurance company. A beautiful, clean Enterprise vehicle of equal value was left for me to use during the repair process.
When repairs were eventually finished and I picked up my SUV, Enterprise allowed me to leave the borrowed vehicle at the repair shop where they picked it up for me.
Thank you Enterprise for being a high quality shop!! I would use your service anytime!!

Great service here, but the lot is very small, sometimes making pickups and dropoffs complicated. There are also no overnight parking options close, so I've had to park at the airport and Uber to get my car. I keep coming back for the service and prices, which are great!

The people working there r so nice. But the parking/pick-up/drop off is so small n tight. It makes it hard to maneuver. Especially if ur being picked up or dropped off.

Had to get a rental because I was in an accident and my car was totaled. Super easy process, the people were amazing. It was all around great. Really appreciated how easy they made the whole process.

The Yakima Enterprise office always provides excellent customer service. I rent cars fairly frequently from this station and they always exceed my expectations.
Abby was the agent who helped me yesterday & she was excellent. Even though the day before a holiday & they were super busy, Abby was patient & took her time to adjust my res as my travel plans had changed.
These days it is always refreshing to receive such great customer service!

Wow. If I could rate this team a 10 star I would! GREAT customer service from the moment I stepped in. I never rented a car before, you guys were my first time. I had SOOO many questions because I am a well planner when it comes to trips and what I spend. I wish I got everyone’s names, but the super tall guy was literally so helpful and did not seemed annoyed what so ever with my 21 questions! He gave me the exact price I would need, told me what documents to bring. Just very very clear on his information! Then when morning I came to get the rental car, it was a Sunday. No one likes working Sundays right? The women with the beautiful wedding ring I complemented her on, was so cheerful, and bubbly, had a little conversation about jewelry. She was just hands down super sweet. Then the tall dude that helped me with my questions brought the Mazda 3 out. Brand new, 2000 miles. I was so pleased with The vehicle itself drove so smooth and I felt like I got to my Destination quick! Tall guy is moving to Idaho! Good luck over there! Best of wishes! Dropping the car off was easy as 123! I told the guy I didn’t wanna give the car back and he laughed and asked if I was pleased I said YES! 10/10 recommend renting a vehicle from them! ☺️
