They continually pull money early in which makes a fee for total funds not available due to being early. Then made me go to sending them a cashier check because of there abuse of trying to get more fees out of you. So now I keep getting my checks returned by mail for no reason in which makes a late fee. If anyone else is having same issue we need to all group and file against them

We used Escrow Pacific to handle monthly payments on a note and deed of trust. We were the Sellers. They collected payments and disbursed them, they sent out monthly statements to the Buyer and Seller and did that every month for five years. Then when the balloon payment came due, they helped calculate the amount due, and handled disbursals. And in 5 years not one mistake was made, everything was calculated correctly, and the staff was consistently polite and helpful. Our experience with them was great.

Great caring staff, Professional and always working even during the 2020 chaos. If you only knew "PUBLIC"! The representatives here at times sacrifice their family time by staying after office hours, arrive extra early and work weekends just to please the clientele at their Expense. So if you are debating on opening an account here? Please let me help so you won't have issues. 1. Re-read the contract you signed at another establishment 2. Understand basic math 3. Know how to balance a check book 4. Pay your bills on time & Know your profile information. Also, don't hate the players! Hate the easy game if you can't play it

Have went down hill over the years. Can't walk in and talk with staff. No after hour drop box for payments, no weekend drops... so if you work you have to take extra time off to drop...you never know when usps will deliver mail then u get charged the late fee even though you sent off a week prior. Can't recommend using this limited service.. look elsewhere

Extremely rude and not helpful at all. Wish I would’ve done my research before agreeing to do a loan here. I would not work with this company if given the choice.

I would not recommend this place for note servicing.First they do not follow the contract you make with a buyer. Note says paid to owner by the 10th of the month and if payment is received by owner after that date charge a late fee.This business gets the payment auto debit from the debtor on 6th and waits until the ninth of the month to mail to the owner. This results in the owner receiving the payment late every month according to the owners contract.When questioned about this Pacific says they receive payment 6th mail 9th and have till 15th of the month to get payment to the owner. Unfortunately this does not happen. They have made payment after the 15th on many occasions and never pay a late fee only give excuses to the owner and blaming.

Do not use this company! They are horribly miss managed! Will give you excuses for why you are not notified of an issue in a timely manner. They were not even aware of what a notice of dishonor check is. Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.

The rudest customer service. The lady at the front desk it not helpful. If you can avoid this company please do so.
