I've called half a dozen times about the same driver who keeps leaving packages at my garage door instead of the front door. Big, small, doesn't matter. I've almost run over multiple packages because they are too small to see when pulling out my garage and I have no idea he's been there. Or I have to stop, get out out of my car and carry boxes inside before I can pull inside. Every time I call they say it's against their policy to do that but he always goes back to it.

Always delivering my package to the wrong address and always some how package comes up missing.? Late notification of when package is delivered. FedEx is one of the worst delivering services.

They have the laziest delivery drivers ever, they see my gate with a code and don't even attempt and they just leave. I HATE and DREAD when I get a notification from things I ordered and seeing that Fed Ex will be doing the delivery. Cause 99% of the time they never do there jobs then I have to wait longer until they decide to leave it at a pickup location. I will say the 1% they did leave a package it was a delicate electronic which they threw over the fence in the rain! Very unprofessional.

The app is horrible, phone tree is a joke. Can't give delivery instructions.

Worst place in the U S. They don't honor their contractual agreements nor have any consideration for your parcel. Could care less of the condition or time when you get your packages.
This has happened 5 times since the holidays. You should all be held responsible for your actions.

Fedex is a joke my package delivery date keeps changing it’s been changed 4 times and still no attempt to deliver FedEx needs a serious boycott

Shipping out a package, I received very fast and genuinely happy and friendly service during a busy time.
