These guys were great, I was in the area car shopping and they did the pre purchase inspection same day! Which only cost $50. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to come see them for this service!

I have been going to this Firestone since my husband and I moved to Yakima. They’re always AMAZING! Service is phenomenal, they’re always on top of getting people out of there in a timely manner, and Robert is very attentive and helpful! He also asked if he could pet my pup instead of just going right in for it, which my dog isn’t a fan of. But Robert asked, and Larry actually loved him! Big green flag for me! Picture of Larry included because he’s too cute not to share. 10/10 would and do recommend this shop!!

Another local place said they couldn’t do anything about our ac even though I had made appointment. Firestone was able to get us in and taken care of quickly. Very friendly. The guy who checked us out said he moved over from the Westside, maybe a new manager. He was great and very friendly.

We had issues with the AC not working and I took it to another mechanic twice and no fix. So we decided to make an appointment here within a couple hours they had found the issue and fixed it now my family is able to enjoy car rides even in this heat! Thank you!

The experience was not a good one, we were helped by Robert Medina and he said one price and charged us a different price the final price he charged was $200.00 more then what had said , our care was already fixed so we had to pay for it, we usually take the care to this shop but this time it was a bad experience, he didn’t even reduce to meet us in the middle to reduce .

Went in due to some nails in one of my tires. Wasn’t going to patchable so I got all new tires. They worked pretty quick and I left about an hour later. Thank you

Ended up with tire trouble on vacation in the middle of nowhere, but was able to barely roll into Yakima on a hope and a prayer that we could get our tire replaced. Jerry at the Firestone was super helpful and friendly, and was able to get us in and out in no time with no issues. Cant recommend the place enough. Truly saved our trip out here!

I have had great experience with this facility. This last visit was on Father's Day, had my oil changed and tires rotated. This is a company fleet. Today (Monday) my tire light came on stating that all 4 of my tires were not at the proper pressure. They never adjusted the pressure from the front to the rear. I didn't have time to go back and have them fix their mistake, so I took care of it at my house. I will give this branch one more try and see how they do. Thank you for being open 7 days a week. When you get your tire's rotated and they call for different pressures from the front to the rear make sure they change them.

Went into store with a specific issue; metal clanking noise when accelerating at low speeds, and when in reverse. Was handed a quote for $1200 and made an appt a couple days later. Walked out paying slightly under $1000 for brake pads and rotors that most likely could have been resurfaced, and still have the same issue. With all the cold calls made to their valued customers and the guy at the desk asking his manager if he got that sale in front of me, it’s clear they are all about getting paid on commission. I question whether or not I actually needed brakes or if they were just trying to get a sale as I walk out $1000 in the hole, with the same issue as when I walked in. I am now forced to pay more money to bring it to the dealership to just get an accurate diagnosis. While the staff appeared friendly, its clear they just wanted to get my money considering the problem was never resolved, which also tells me the test drive afterwards was never done. I would never bring my car there again or recommend this place to anyone.
