Firing Center Rd. Park & Ride is a hidden gem located in the back of a gas station. It is best known as a Mexican food restaurant, described as simply amazing with awesome tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and bomb tortas. The meat is delicious and flavorful. The food is out to die for and receives an A+ rating. It offers lots of good food choices for breakfast and lunch with very reasonable prices. The restaurant provides good and prompt customer service from really nice employees, has clean restrooms, and a good selection of beverages. It is very conveniently located for travelers and is definitely recommended.
Love this place the tacos are awesome and the food they make at the bullseye restaurant the food is out to die for. If anyone who is heading to elensburge from Yakima or the opposite and are hungry this is the stop you need to fuel up.
