Used to frequent the Flightline when I was a starving Perry Tech student, loved the location, could go and sit down and get a teriyaki bowl no problem. Long story short, I graduated and went back to Ellensburg and had not gone back in about 15 years. Ended up driving by one day recently and stopped in, got a spicy teriyaki bowl, and it was amazing. Had several since, they never disappoint. Not only that, they seem to just grill non-stop, you get your bowl about a minute or two after you order it.
The staff is super friendly, they have a good selection of items. Keep up the good work!

This place has no business making teriyaki this good. Best in Yakima if not in eastern Washington. I’m not kidding either, it’s good.

Best teriyaki I have ever had. I appreciate that they cut the chicken into bite sized pieces. The rice is perfect always and chicken texture is top notch every time. And you can’t beat the price.

Best spicy beef teriyaki I've ever had in my life. The sauce is on point and it goes very well with the rice and beef. The steak seems to be of far higher quality than that of other places that serve steak teriyaki. The other places serve this form of nasty cheap dog food grade beef that upsets one's stomach. This is not that. This is a big grade above and beyond that. Great food and much appreciated.

They have the best yakisoba in Yakima. It sells out really quickly on the weekdays and they don’t make it on weekends, buts it’s totally worth it. Everything is made fresh daily and their teriyaki sauce is better than New York Teriyaki. All of their ingredients are fresh and they have amazing teriyaki bowls as well. I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews.
