They sabotage cars! Highly recommend going somewhere else! I took my car for a basic oil change. They claimed to be in a hurry but somehow had time to tell me I needed new tires claiming mine were bald even though I just got new ones on a couple months before. They also claimed I needed a bunch of other services. But couldn’t top off my fluids like any other place I have been. Then my car started leaking oil everywhere to where my check engine light came on. I took it back and they claimed they didn’t put the oil plug in. Two days later my engine light is on again and oil is leaking everywhere. I took it somewhere else they said oil was everywhere and they topped it off. My car continued to leak oil I had to put oil in just to get it back to the shop. They were able to identify the problem. I had a leaking oil pan. Thankfully my car was under warranty still but I would have never had the issue in the first place had friendly automotive done the job properly and not messed with my oil pan

Brady and Efren fixed an issue i was having with my AC that no one was able to fix! So thankful. Ended up taking my other cars for oil changes & got Great service with Quality inspection that explained exactly why things needed to be changed, included pics to back up the parts they were wanting to replace. Great service

Awesome place to have your car worked. Our car broke down on a trip, we just happened to be near the Friendly Automotive in Yakima. They were so awesome and they did get our car fixed, and we are on the road would highly highly lead, recommend them.

Called Friendly Automotive because my tire had a nail in it and I was leaving town for the weekend so I needed something quick. Called one location who wasn’t able to get me in that day, they recommended calling their south 1st location and Victor was able to get me in the same day and was very helpful. Answered all my questions and helped me understand what was going on with my tire. Provided great customer support and had a clean waiting room where I was able to get some work done.
