The vehicle damage was assessed and information was then passed to the insurance company. All repairs and communication was submitted to the insurance company. After a week my truck was scheduled for repair and completed in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with the repair. The truck looks same as the day I purchased it. The Harvest Collison staff to include Mario and the front counter staff were courteous and made sure I understood what to expect during the repair from start to finish.

Just had my first service on my 2025 Chevy Equinox today. Ely was my contact at the service desk. He was professional,courteous and knowledgable. They were right on time and finished in just over a hour. Well done Harvest Chevrolet !

Terrible experience, they don’t know what they doing. gave them all details and pictures about my trade to Mario and his manager Fabian. After agreeing to all number on trade and the car I was interested in purchasing from them, me and my family drove an hour and half away just for them to end up changing numbers on us giving me $2500 less for my trade over front tires that are worth $500 new. Don’t recommend them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car dealership. I contacted a salesman by the name of Mario to inquire about a potential trade-in, and the response times were consistently slow, often requiring multiple texts over several hours to get a reply. I even called sales manager asking for additional information I let him know Mario had not been responding he said he’d get in contact with him to send me information I needed and still never got what I was asking for.
Since the dealership was an hour and a half drive away and we have a baby, I specifically asked if the trade-in value could be close to a certain estimate before making the trip. I was assured that it would be, emphasizing that we didn't want to drive out if the value wouldn't be honored.
Upon arrival, $4,500 less than the agreed-upon estimate was given to us. They tried making up issues on my car such as sounds the car was making that it was not making (second manager drove it again and confirmed no sounds) said they were wrong for adding on additional issues the car did not have just to give us a lower value, very deceiving from such a big company. We had proof of messages showing the agreed on trade in estimate by the manager Fabian and still was not honored. We waited two and a half hours only to be quoted nothing close to what was originally. The management then stated they couldn't honor the original quote that they had previously confirmed. This was a complete waste of time and a demonstration of unprofessional business practices. I would advise caution when dealing with this dealership due to their unreliable communication and failure to honor their agreements. After leaving we attempted to speak to the GM and never got a call back 2 days in a row, voicemail was left as well and still nothing.

Ricky at Harvest Chevy is the man. Dude is blunt honest and does not beat around the bush. Great customer service and energy! Definitely recommend asking for him.

We purchased a Ram 2500 truck in August of 2025 from Harvest Chevrolet and were impressed with Ricky Maxey’s professionalism and patience with any and all questions we had. He was very helpful and not pushy in any way. This young man deserves all the best in the future and we will recommend your dealership to our friends and family. Poor customer service department, gave them another chance since it’s been several years and brought in a different vehicle to have same experience. Parts lost, no communication other than we are working on it, lack of calls back or answer when associate says they are available. Seem to “Harvest” a lot of wasted time using the local Chevy service department unfortunately and sadly.
