I recently had Gerber do some repairs on my KIA Forte Gt and Brian Maybee did a outstanding job and worked hard at getting me back into my car within a short period of time All of the staff were all very friendly and a pleasure to work with I will never go to another body shop Gerber will be whom I will always stay with Thank you so much to everyone that I dealt with in fixing my vehicle you are all amazing

My experience with Gerber Collision was very positive and I would highly recommend. 5/5This was my first auto accident and from the start, each team member made me feel confident in the work they provide. Zane, who assisted me with my estimate, utilized his great years of experience to provide me feedback and suggestions in order to traverse through the auto insurance nonsense.Once my car was turned in for repair, Gerber collision gave me updates on their progress, which was reassuring. When I got my car back, it looked brand new and I was extremely satisfied with the timeliness and quality of work Gerber Collision provided.Thank you to everyone at Gerber Collision for your amazing customer service and quality work!

10/10, highly recommend! We were in a car accident and chose Gerber Collision for our repairs. I was impressed by the real-time updates on the progress. The work was completed quicker than we anticipated, so we ended up getting a significant refund on our rental car for returning it early!When we dropped off the car I was embarrassed because with 3 children under 4, the car had more than a few old French fries in the backseat. But we needed our car fixed quickly, so we dropped it off without having time to clean up. I was pleasantly surprised to find the car in even better condition than we dropped it off in! The technicians had so kindly vacuumed, and return our car in excellent condition.Hoping not to get in anymore car accidents, but if we ever need any collision repair in the future we will be going to Gerber!Service: Body & Trim

I recently had my Subaru repaired at the GO's collision now Gerber Collision. They have had some struggles with the change over to Gerber but the auto body techs are still the same. I was so happy with how good my car looked after the repairs, it was like my car had never been in a accident. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for body repairs. It's a busy shop but that just means they are good at what they do. It's hard to be patient waiting for status updates during the remodel but I'd rather have them take more time to get the repairs done right, then have them hurry and miss something. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for body repairs in the Yakima area
