I have had another company for internet for 10 years. In more recent years I have poor connection and spend so much time watching the white circle spin. I called to inquire on placement of the dish and the basically told me I was burnt.I decided to make the change to Gigabeam internet. My neighbor recommended them as her son had connection to the local branch. Let me tell you what, I beyond happy with the customer service provided by the office and techs, and so far the connection and download times have been 100% better! I am spending more a month but I willing to do that for the great service!

Switched over about a year ago and have been very happy. The speeds have been consistent and what you pay for compared to the last company that I was with.

We went from HughesNet @ $159/mo tho Gigabeam @ $89/mo…AND NO LIMITS…we’re a few days in and we are still in aawwww of what we have and what we’ve missed out on!Lorraine (?) was easy to talk to, answered my questions, and great service was delivered! We are so happy.

They are a great local company and they provide excellent quality Internet for significantly less than HughesNet. Anyone living in rural Yakima County that has the ability to switch from satellite to Gigabeam absolutely should.

At first the wifi was good then after 1 month it went down hill I am paying for 30 mbps and I'm running at 7 and download speed is 900 kbps which is terrible

I’ve had gigabeam for about 6 months never had a issue until this February they shut my service off after I paid my bill with no explanation at all. It took me three weeks to get ahold of them and talk to them they said there was an issue with my router so they turned me off. They said they’d no longer service my home because of this issue and will no longer be doing business with me refused to give me a refund for the month of February instead of sending someone out to help fix the problem they just dropped me. I would a 100% not recommend this internet company to anyone. They don’t call customers back and they have terrible customer service.

Worst service ever. Speed is good, when it works. It goes down often and sometimes it will be down for up to 10 hours. You call to get help and all you get is an answering machine. Multiple calls over 4 hours and nothing in return. They did not even call back the following day, I heard nothing for 2 weeks.However they are really fast to charge you a late charge if the payment in not in by midnight the morning the payment is due. Not late and they still charge a late charge.Do whatever you can to find someone else, worst service ever. Unreliable internet, total garbage.
