The staff never smiles! ? ... Until you get to the dry off staff. So, I make it my personal mission every time to get the pre-washers to smile or laugh ? It works sometimes, too! It's so fun! ? ?

I like this car wash. If I don't have cash for a tip I go somewhere else, but I prefer this car wash.I get a really clean car and that personal touch of someone taking pre and post care of my car.

I’ve use his car wash for years. The service and personnel has gone down hill to a point where I won’t go back anymore. Today was just my breaking point for this car wash. My car still dirty. No one’s even there like used to be to make sure that the vehicle is clean and customer is satisfied. If I could write this car wash is a zero I would do so.

Beware of vehicle damage!! Took my truck through the other day, and the brushes snapped off my antenna! They need to adjust the settings. Also, I appreciate the tire service at the end however, all it does is spray whatever fluid they use up onto the side of your vehicle, so your left with greasy oil spots all over your doors and side view mirrors.

GTO Car Wash is the best car wash in Yakima. The employees work really, really hard to make your car or truck look great. I love the place!

Great service. I pay $10.00 for the basic and get more. No we’re else that I have been do they have people brushing off the bugs. You just pay $10.00 for the machine to try and do the job in other places.

Best car wash I've been to ever! Free vac. They helped clean the mats. Really went the extra mile to get the car clean. Gave me a towell to wipe the dash. I'll be back.

Took my truck for the first time got the $20 wash and it put some scratches all over my truck never again! I’ve always hand wash my truck! This was the first time going through GTO ????

As I was waiting in line a car in front of me got stuck trying to get into the wash. Front spoiler caught on tire guide causing everything to get shut down. There were vehicles behind me so I was stuck waiting for them to get the car off the pipes that guide your tires then wait some more for the vehicles that were in front of me. Anyways after paying $20 for a wash, when I got through I was supposed to get tire black applied, barely got mostly wiped down and no tire treatment. Not happy!
