I have been with HAPO for several years and I am very disappointed by the service I have received regarding changes in my accounts. They insisted I physically come into the branch I generated the account at then when they made a mistake they suddenly are able to email me the signature documents. I live over an hour away. I am disappointed that this online convenience was never offered until they had to make a correction on their end.

I 100% would recommend hapo to anybody. I used to bank through Bank of America but since they were never open during the pandemic and hapo was they immediately got my business. Always nice and kind.

Your phone payment system won't allow me to pay with a card, and instead demands checking and routing numbers which I don't care to give out. Your website is difficult to use, your online payment center won't let me setup up an account to arrange recurring payments. It refuses to recognize me as cosigner, but works great for the other signer. Then after dealing with the inconvenience which is your website, you have the nerve to charge me a "convience" fee for having dealt with all the ways your website and payment system have inconvenienced me? I'm supposed to pay you for making my life difficult? What is wrong with you?

Always have such a wonderful customer service experience when I go into HAPO! Today Salvador T. was my teller and he was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful with my needs. Love being a member with this credit union and all the amazing employees ? Thanks HAPO.

Do not deposit your money at HAPO’s ATM. I tried to deposit cash, and with NO explanation their machine ate my card. I went in to talk to their representative, then a manager, and they said that I have to wait until their ATM people come for anything to happen. They also refuse to give me a contact number for their ATM people. Basically ruined the last day of my vacation days. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

When someone is making a cash deposit into a members account you don't need that persons social. What you need to do is deposit it. This was never an issue a few months ago but it suddenly is now. Do better.

Went through drive thru and was not greeted. When teller finally spoke through the mic she asked for my code word which I had wrote on the slip since I hate yelling it though the mic. And when I told her I wrote it on slip, she goes I know i just wanted to ask which was fine until she rolled her eyes. This teller did not bother to greet me or ask me how I wanted my bills. She gave me all large bills. As a past loan officer and teller, I know what good Custer service is and she did not do that at all.Horrible service!

ATM never lets me take cash out or deposit money. Bank is always closed this is the worst bank EVER
