My wife was affected by the WA bar exam cancellation and the staff here were very helpful and accommodating.

The front desk staff were all wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately, everyone in our group had issues with not having hot water, even at different times (morning /evening). The location is also an issue, there are lots of homeless people all around the area and the parking lot/garage had very very tight spaces.
