This place sucks. I had Donna as my tax prep person. No friendly interaction about anything, hey at least my taxes are done right?. Lady at the front put the socials in wrong so we had to redo that at the end of our taxes. As I’m reading before I sign Donna goes “PRESS DONE” I tell her I wasn’t even done reading, she goes well you get a print out of it. Ok so I’m not allowed to read what I’m about to sign until it’s already signed and printed? Rushed us, didn’t talk to us, wasn’t friendly at all. I went last year yet somehow mysteriously I’m not in the system. I’ll never go back. Maybe if I had someone else friendlier, everyone else was more outgoing than her. sorry I’m working 2 part time jobs and a full time one so I have more than 1
w2 but that’s ok I’ll go someplace else without the comments you made about them. Not everyone can survive on one job for 20 years like you have. I asked if they had tap to pay because I forgot my wallet and wasn’t sure if I’d have to drive back and she didn’t even know. She said cash check and card. Yes they accept tap to pay by the way. I’d like someone higher up to reach out to me.

I don't typically like to leave bad reviews, but I feel like this one just deserves a warning to the public. Do yourself a favor and do your taxes at home. My husband and I just spent 3 hours at this place to end of leaving and doing our taxes at home ourselves because the person we got had no idea what he was doing, moved extremely slow, not knowing what documents were when they're pretty simple especially for "tax experts" and completely messed up our return by thousands of dollars. If I could give negative stars I would.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. We went in here expecting around $100 to have them help file for us. $270 and 2 hours later we were devastated with the cost. The person filing made numerous mistakes that another person had to correct. He was going ridiculously slow, I could have done then myself FOR FREE AT HOME, faster than this guy. He did not know anything about the mortgage documentation. So many people recommended we go in person to file. Never again. We spent over 10% of our return to waste our time on something we could have done ourselves. It would not have been so bad if they were at the very least helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable, or fast. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place.
