Security guard is rude and Bryan at front desk gave me a million excuses on why they could not assist me for showing up at 3:45 pm even though they close at 4:30 pm when i was the only person there.

I just walked in to the facility and was assisted by a very friendly representative and lead staff, I will keep name confidential. I have seen very many unpleasant reviews which made me nervous, but the staff was very helpful. I was even eligible to get an appt for the next business day. I do recommend going in, it beats the hour plus hold via telephone.

I called the IRS number and they’re extremely rude. Wouldn’t let me explain and interrupted when I tried to explain what I needed. Then they just hung up on me

If I could I would 0. I went in for a simple question that probably would take less than 3 mins for an answer. As soon as I walked in front of the door an employee was walking towards me shaking his head saying no. He opened the door and said “we are closed.” I said “oh I’m sorry your hours said 4:30” take in mind when I walked to the door it was 4:05pm. I said I have a simple question, he asked me to explain what the question was and as soon as I started to even get 2 words in he said sorry I can’t help you and asked the security guard to assist me with the question. Security guy asked for my ID while I was outside the door, not even in the building and I said I left it in the car and all he said was “sorry I can’t help you with no ID”. No one greeted me nicely, no one assisted in anything. The bald guy at the very front was super rude, he’s the one who told me he couldn’t help me when there was still 25mina to closing. The question was as simple as, how can I put a complaint on a company who refuses to give me my w2. That simple.

Didn't have an appointment, had to wait, but was served as promptly as possible. Staff were quick and careful with our forms and advice. Good experience.

I have been on hold for 2-hours and 01 minute and still no answer. I called right at 7am, Totally ridiculous, and poor service. Big waste of time. Trying to resolve an issue. We filed our 3rd quarter taxes and paid them to the main IRS office in Utah, postmarked on October 31, 2018. Three weeks later I receive it back stating they could not process it there. So we sent it postmarked and unopened in a separate envelope so when they open it they will see it was postmarked properly. 3 months later I get a bill for $92.00 for paying my taxes late. They must have some people that work for them that cant figure anything out. Absolutely no help at all. Just greed!!!
