The employees we dealt with were both professional and personable and made for a pleasurable experience while getting our oil changed. It was obvious that they all enjoyed their jobs but also enjoyed working together. We will definitely be getting our oil changed there in the future. If I were still running my business I would hire any one of them if they were seeking employment!

Great customer service went to Valvoline for an oil change they could not take the challenge up of changing my filter they were not allowed to change it because of the challenge but Jiffy Lube jumped right on it and took the challenge on and completed it in a timely fashion will be going back to Jiffy Lube the next Oil Change thanks Jeffy

All I wanted was an oil change. They didn't have the parts needed to do it, so I had to go to the dealer to get what was needed. They wouldn't even try to see if it was just a loose fit. Went back after spending $112.00 for a filter canister and there were 4 cars ahead of me. I guess I'll do it myself cause the price and wait doesn't make it worth it.
