I got onto Joann’s app and ordered yarn (it showed 6 in stock) for pick up. I had a coupon for 20% off my total only good for purchase online and pick up in store. Now I get an email 2 hours later that says they cancelled my order because the yarn is no longer in stock! If I order it online and have it shipped to me it’s now going to cost me $8 more. What good does it do to order online and wait for someone to finally get around to processing the order only to have it no longer be available. Come on Joann’s!! Your customer service used to be the best in the business! What happen??

Normally there is decent customer service there, but this last visit an older woman named Sarah was very impatient with me when I had a question about a product. I remained polite with her the entire time, but she acted as if I was a nuisance. I felt pretty discouraged and still unsure what to buy, so I just walked out.

This store is clean, employees are kind and it has everything you need for sewing and crafting, plus lots of awesome decor! Unfortunately, it is extremely overpriced. I wouldn’t even buy a clearance item. Like, really overpriced.
