Kershaw Fruit & Cold Storage is a business with very friendly and nice staff. Drivers check in at the shipping office, which opens after 8 AM. There is a scale on site. The facility has a staging area to wait inside the property. Overnight parking is available in a gravel lot outside the gate. Loading is done at a dock, sometimes using an outside movable dock. There is one portable restroom outside in the staging area. The process requires patience, as appointment and loading times can vary.

If your pick up time is 15:30, don't be late! That's the last pickup time and they close an hour later from what i can tell. There's bathrooms inside now, and even a dog run beside the docks, that's a nice touch. Women's restroom is inside the office so have to ask. Everyone friendly here.

Appointment 8:30AM right now 2PM I still waiting when they finished loading

Absolutely nothing to complain about here. The staff here are professional & driven. Probably took 15 min to load up my partial.
