I always receive outstanding service at Key Bank, whether at the drive through or the lobby.

So fare it's an ok bank however no check should take 24 hours to hit your account. And a couple of times now here I go to pay Bill's they take the money out of my account then the bank charges me for it again and when I call they tell me there is nothing they can do about it. Well there is if your stealing money from people.
