I don't mind this place at all. It's closer and better location than Spruce! It's empty every time I'm there somehow, we're in and out. Also parking is close so we're able to walk instead of using a wheelchair

I suppose that timing Is everything? I have been to this lab several times in the past few years and have had a pleasant experience on each visit. One exception: It is difficult to contact them by phone. I recently left a message for which I have not received a call back. It has been about a week. I will try once more.
