I was nervous going here after reading the reviews but I had a pleasant experience..I did have an appt and got in on time..signing in was super easy..not crowded whatsoever, and lab tech was fabulous and explained everything she was doing. Thank You

Friendly staff and relatively quick in and out but the checkin process was cold and inhuman (literally) interacting with a computer when it should have been with the person at the front desk. If it wasn't for that would have been a 5 star experience.
