Came to buy a truck here and immediately began having transmission issues. The team went above and beyond to resolve any issues and get the truck repaired. They have an amazing team. They have worked with me through the entire situation and I got the truck I came for because they put the customer first. Super thankful. I will continue business with them any day.

There is no better place to find a vehicle in Yakima in my opinion. Eddy, Ralph and the rest have f the crew were honest, straight forward and went out of there way to help me pick my Ford F150. They even suggested I try other lots before I decided because at the end of the day, they just wanted me to be happy with my purchase.
They were flexible and gave me new brakes and rotors after the sale. Why? Because that’s what Men of integrity do.
I am grateful for my purchase, happy with my truck and even more grateful for the friendship.
I highly recommend making them the first stop on the list as I’m sure it will be the last!

Professional business that goes out of their way to provide you with excellent customer service. They made things simple. Repairs on the vehicle i purchased simple. And the sale of my vehicle simple. Probably the fastest process I've ever gone through in the auto industry. They even repaired something that wasn't in our contract which was so nice! Personable people at this car lot. I was pleasantly surprised. Love my jeep too :)

If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOUR TRYING TO BUY A CAR LONG TERM, I got a car there thinking they would have good cars as I was told by the owner, I haven’t had the car for even a year (6 months)
And everything just gave out at once, I took it to a mechanic and they told me that my “perfect condition car” had multiple problems with the engine and would recommend to buy a new engine, not to mention that Agustine olvera was very unprofessional and tried to get a chance with my mom right after selling me the car, they straight hustled me and new that they were a lemon, do not waste your time either looking at they’re cars unless you want mechanical problems in less then a year

I wouldn’t buy a car from here I bought an escalade off these people and it was leaking oil bad I noticed right after I brought it home. I contacted them so they could fix it for me and we set up an appointment and they ended up slacking on me. Also they never contacted me when my plates arrived that’s pretty unprofessional
