Been taking clothes, to drop off, since my washer broke.. yesterday when I picked up my clothes, my clothes are missing. called the store and honestly got no help, because they swear the attendant did all my clothes.. it’s sad that we are paying them and still loose in the end..

I’ve been coming to this laundromat whenever I need to wash my pillows and comforters, and hands down, it’s the best laundromat in Yakima. The employees are always attentive—constantly checking in with customers to make sure the washers and dryers are working properly. If there’s ever an issue, they immediately shut down the machine and place a repair order. Today, I needed to wash all my heavy blankets and comforters that my home washer can’t handle. I brought a friend along, too—she also needed to wash comforters. We’re both from Moxee, where the local laundromat lacks cleanliness and proper maintenance, so I don’t mind driving the extra miles for a better experience. Starr, the employee on shift, checked in with us twice—once for the washer and once for the dryer. I mentioned that a washer showed an error message (even though it did complete the cycle), and she promptly placed an “Out of Order” sign and submitted a repair request. Meanwhile, she was also organizing carts, cleaning detergent dispensers, and keeping up with Wash-Dry-Fold orders—all while being incredibly helpful and friendly. Starr truly deserves recognition for her work. If any of y’all are looking for a clean, well-maintained laundromat with great service, I HIGHLY recommend this location.

This used to be the best spot in town to do my large laundry items. I come all the way from selah for this reason. Unfortunately this is the second time we have come in and the service and facilities have been unsatisfactory. This is a sad as the old staff was amazing and took pride in their work. However the staff on site the last 2 times could care less about customer service or earning a paycheck. They are literally getting paid to smoke and take breaks!!

Had them clean my clothes for since I'm traveling, they threw away the bag I brought my clothes and gave me two other people's socks. I know it's in the name, but I didn't know it was literal; I didn't realize they were incompetent. Never again.

Very clean, machines weren't accepting of all quarters. Had to feed several in just to get one accepted.
Well maintained interior and machines are clean, just was a little frustrated with quarter rejection while trying to start my loads.

I haven't had to use Laundromat in years, but I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-run this place was. If I ever need a Laundromat again, I will definitely be back!

Went today and needed change for a twenty clerk said she can't take anymore twenties that her change has to last all week. The bank isn't open tomorrow for exchange??? I won't go back

Laundry mat supposedly “opened” at 7am but I waited until 8am and nobody showed up to open. There was no note/sign saying they were closed. Very disappointing.

Nice & clean laundromat. There is NO HOT water for a Hot water wash. Water only gets barely warm. I complained so the attendant called the owners & they sent their maintenance man to check out the issue. He discovered the thermostat is set very low & indicated the owners do not want it set any higher. I won't go back.
