We went into the store today to transfer over from Cricket Wireless to Metro and the girl in there started asking 20 questions abd demanded to see that my phone still worked. The place was just way too perfumey cannot breathe in there. if you have any kind of perfume allergy do not go to this place you cannot breathe. RUDE STAFF!!! Staying with Cricket, thanks to your rude smelly staff.

Sandra was an awesome help in getting my number ported over and keeping my IPhone 15 plus! She was able to help me switch to their service in just a few minutes AND keep my number! I’m super happy to have an unlimited phone again without all the extra contract stuff!
They are under new management (Sandra) and I recommend going here if you need to get a great phone plan at a price that’s more affordable than the others on the market.

I was a little upset to find out that if u go into the store to pay your bill instead of online, there is what they call, an in store fee, which is like almost $10. I almost cancelled my service. They are not someone id recommend going thru

Don't waste your time going 2 this location!!! They don't have a scanner nor a way 2 input payment information which is weird because they have a computer!!! Either the associate is an idiot or needs 2 find a job flipping burgers!!!
