You guys need to hire people who are profesionales educated.. Come on, working with people's SSN and credit is very delicate. They don't even know how to read paystubs or answer simple question!

Teller was rude and unprofessional. I explained she had not answered the policy questions I asked over the phone. She became argumentative and combative explaining the policy. As I explained, I did not have a problem with their policy; I had a problem I drove out there in the snow with my newborn son just to be explained policies I clearly asked over the phone. Used my banking app to complete the deposit and avoided their ridiculous $105.00 mark up. Never going back. Zero stars. The women there definitely don’t belong in customer service, gross experience overall.

Terrible customer service since they require that you leave their premises soon when making a purchase. I actually decided on another option and not with them because of their way of acting. On one occasion a woman kindly assisted me but from then on I never once arrived missing. approximately 20 minutes to close and a lady behaved super badly, she twisted my eyes as if I were going to ask her for a favor and it's not worth it, I think we should be kind as a person, if they really don't have the capacity, they don't have
why be there thank you I hope you take my comment into account and the place really seems very practical to me and I would like if one day I return as a client to have good service since I am paying to be well cared for

Very professional employees and they greet you as soon as you come. They provide different services in one location that I don't have to go all around town. They proved quick services and explain everything that you do not understand.

The last couple times I've came here, i went to the same lady and she is nice to other people that i see her communicate with; But when she talks to me it makes me feel bad because she talks to me rudely and she asked me what my income was for. Im so nice to her i have very polite manners and the way she treats me as a customer literally hurts my feelings. She hasn't any patients and if i ask her to repeat she rolls her eyes and repeats back to me in a rudely manner.

I just wanted to extend my sincere thanks to the staff at the Yakima Moneytree. They caught someone attempting to fraudulently cash a check that I had mailed to a contractor, that obviously didn't make it into the right hands. Their quick thinking and responsiveness saved me a large amount of headache, and I can't thank them enough.
