This morning, Phlebotomist Nancy performed my blood draw; best draw ever! No pain, not so much as a tiny pinch and done on first attempt! She is very personable and kind too!

Writing this review on behalf of my dad. He thought his appointment for his labs was an hour later than it actually was yesterday morning. He said the staff there was not upset at all when he arrived an hour late and was able to squeeze him in when they had a chance. He was surprised everyone there was so nice and kind especially since he knew he was being burden by missing his scheduled appointment. Thank you for being so accommodating.

My husband and I recently had our blood drawn at Cornerstone Lab. The office was clean. The staffing was friendly and professional. The nurses that drew our blood work, couldn't have been any more kind and considerable. Thank you Cornerstone Lab!

I called on Wednesday and asked if they do same day Hcg tests. Their employee said yes so I asked him if I could schedule an appointment. He said since I didn’t have a profile already with the hospital that I couldn’t and just to walk in. I walked in another women working the front desk told me he should have still blocked me off an appointment and he was probably just overwhelmed because he was by himself. I called back later in the day because my doctors office did not receive the results yet, the same worker who told me they did same day test told me he would call processing and call me back. He never returned my call. I then called back and he told me that my blood work was sent out and it would be couple days. It’s been 5 days now and my doctors off still hasn’t received my results. Please find employees who actually care about patients and their lives. Yours could care less and he is awful at his job.

Came out of my Dr.'s visit to get labs done. They let me know it was appointment Only But had a cancellation and could get me right in. I sat down watched the employees Talk, Joke around and laugh. Didn't feel like they cared If I was taken care of or not. 15min later I was called back.

Memorial Cornerstone Laboratory has been fantastic! I have received excellent care and scheduling support from Dana - what a breathe of fresh air and professionalism she provides!I have to get blood work every other week and I was reluctant to go to Memorial’s lab because of previous Memorial experiences. Memorial Cornerstone Laboratory is open on Saturday’s, when my blood is supposed to be drawn. Saturday: convenience!Thank you Dana ??????

Dr Lascar medical assistant wrote my lab time and date on paper when leaving my appointment..I went to lab on scheduled day and time and was told I didnt have an appt even though lab orders were there..I was told I had to schedule another appt for the next day..I went the next day and a patient came in and she had her appt day wrong..They offered to work her in...why wasnt I offered that option?..lab was not busy either day..

Cornerstone Medical Lab is great. I had an appointment this time. Check in was fast and easy. I was taken back to the area and my blood was drawn. It is great to communicate with the young people who are very professional and friendly. Like I told her, her attitude and friendliness makes the whole process easier. Other labs could use them for a good example.
