If you want to be ripped off this is the place to go! Went in to purchase a knee scooter. Renting one was $100 a month, so I decided to just purchase one. The employee brought out a used model and told me it would be $270 used or $600 new. My fault for not doing my research and buying it for $155 online. Bottom line up front, this is a greedy business.

My husband was having alot of pain when he used his CPAP machine. It made the inside of his nose VERY SORE. So we called and
Francisco Bonitez for help. He had us come right in and bring his machine. He had him try a different nose piece and head gear. What a change! It works so much better and my husband gets 25-50%more oxygen and the head gear is so much more comfortable. He was so frustrated. Francisco saved the day and he was so helpful. We are grateful to him. He's very knowledgeble and a great asset to your office. Thank you Francisco for the care you take with your clients

Norco had my prescription for CPAP machine, since mid October.December 4, I called to follow up. After talking with a couple different lpersonnel, I felt like I was getting passed around and had no definite answers on status of my CPAP. 6 weeks was too long to wait. Not even a phone call from Norco.Because of the poor service and no apparent remorse for the delay that their inattentiveness has caused, I will take my business elsewhere.

I have dealt with the Yakima Norco for several years. Autumn has given excellent customer service regarding insurance, supplies and equipment. She is knowledgeable and friendly and has given accurate timely information.

It is with great sadness and disappointment that I write this review. Customers are already feeling down and depressed about their health conditions and to get greeted with very negative attitude by the medical representatives of this department is mind boggling. My father has been talked down to as well myself. My father tries as much as he can to avoid going to this office because he can never do anything right. They seem to find something to talked down to him. I am sure we are not the only customers that this happens to.

The Norco office saved me when I thought my CPAP was broken. They very kindly found the problem and it was fixed immediately. The men who delivered my oxygen supplies were friendly and very informative. I know I can call anytime I have an issue and it will be taken care of by the very professional people at Norco.

We have been dealing with Norco for a while now. It has been seamless and they are very professional. Ali promptly came to our home with oxygen when my husband was sent home from the hospital after COVID and gave us great service. He is caring and kind and very knowledgeable. Many thanks Ali!I just got a new Bi-pap and it was also seamless. Supplies are sent to my home without having to visit the storefront, but I am always helped with a question or problem when I need it. Equipment has been top notch. They call me when I am due for replacements - I don't have to try to remember to call them. I would highly recommend Norco to anyone.

I've always been so pleased with the customer service of Norco in Yakima. In their new store, as well as their old store, I've always had the best experiences. When COVID hit, they would actually bring my supplies to my car. And now with the easier shop on NobHill it's easier to get in and out quickly. Thank you Norco!
