Went in recently to print/copy some things, and the workers were no help at all, I told them I couldn’t figure out how to work the printers and they said they couldn’t help me, and then I got charged for something I couldn’t even use when they did print something for me, didn’t even print it out right. They all had so much attitude and none of them were friendly at all. Worse experience I’ve ever had there.

I highly recommend Office Depot to all. I refer businesses, schools and the general public to this store! Great employees work there ans they help in all areas!

don’t recommend they look at u dirty and when we asked for help they were unprofessional and gave us ugly stares, every time I go here they’re all miserable for no reason. They just need love in their lives I guess… 🤷♀️ don’t recommend they treat women more rudely than men as far as I seen whatever I guess lol.

I have been taking my teacher planner to Office Depot for years with no problems. However within the last three years the climate and customer service has gone down hill. As you enter the store they look at you like you are a possible thief and a nuisance. The tall guy that helps with computers seems to be always in a bad don’t talk to me mood and the cashiers don’t even make eye contact with you. One time as I was approaching the counter to pay, the cashier walked off, looked at me as if I was stupid and said nothing. The girl at the printing station just stared at me. Neither of them directed me or offer to help. Zero customer service.
This year I was hesitant to take my planner but I gave them one more chance. I should have listed to my gut feeling. The young girl messed up my simple binding job not once but twice. I just gave up the second time.
I will absolutely not go back to Office Depot. They have lost their way and have forgotten that the key to a successful business is excellent customer service.
There are other places to try like Yakima Bindery.
And no, there is nothing that Office Depot can do to repair this customer service relationship.

If you are going to print something it has to be a PDF although on their instructions a big whiteboard with instructions on it it does not specify that now it was only 36 Cents and I'm not complaining about that but it is my money and if you're going to give instructions then you should probably also tell your customers that you cannot print out a docx file it has to be a PDF... come on where is the customer service???

I called the store and was informed they'd help me with my service. I showed up to the store and was told I was wrong with the information they provided me with when I first called. They were rude and not helpful. I recommend using other local printing companies instead.

Mindy in Copy and Print was absolutely AMAZING! Was very patient and professional. I needed to print Programs for my Grandpa's funeral and she was very understanding and made the process so EASY!
I will never go anywhere else for my Copy and Print needs!

The staff in this store were absolutely amazing. Super helpful and very knowledgeable with helping me print my documents. Please let the staff know customers appreciate the efforts they put forth on that snowy day.Learned a new way to describe the “hamburger” drop down menu! I didn’t catch your name but she knows who she is…Thank you again

Mindy was awesome. Very knowledgeable about all of the computer accessories I needed. Good advice, helped me find everything quickly. Awesome experience. I got the distinct impression she's the type of person that genuinely cares about other people. Far exceeded my expectations of an Office Depot experience.

The hiring manager at the store must really hate his job. I applied to work there for a part time position and the hiring manager stated "We have multiple candidates" and what crosses my mind is. How are there many candidates applying for only PART TIME POSITION? I think the hiring manager is a liar.
