Bought a red Chevy Malibu 2016 it hasn’t even been a month with this car and my window is already not wanting to go down and I’m having this bad sound in my car too that sounds expensive. I’ve reached out so many times they are not good at replying or trying to help I’ve had this issue since the first week I bought this car. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE BUYING Because they will not help once they receive the money. Will not recommend.

I went here and walked away same day with a car I wanted in April. Than the dealership kept having issues getting my plates. I called to ask for a new temp plate as mine had expired and kept getting excuse after excuse, telling me "it should be ok" if I get pulled over, as they would not issue me new ones . I called my local PD who informed me I was not allowed to drive my car with expired plates. So come July, after being extremely patient I literally had to call and threaten to report them to the DOL in order to get new Temps and be able to drive the car. Definitely would not recommend going here.

Stopped in on our way to another appt to see a car at another dealership, to check out 2 specific vehicles at One Stop and was greeted by Francisco. Very knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot, and each vehicle he showed us. When we told him we were pre approved with our CU, unlike other dealerships, rather than try to sell us on financing through them he listened and just guided us on the steps to take to get the check back to them. Made the transaction so fast and friendly. Extremely helpful. Loved that he took the time to listen to what we needed and how we wanted it to go. Thank You Francisco and the rest of the team involved for making this process pain free.

We had the best experience! With one stop motors in Yakima. Drove from Tacoma and isaiah helped us out. Get the truck my husband been wanting . Highly recommend them ask for Isaiah tho ! And thanks also to the guys that delivered the truck ?

BEWARE: This dealership will sell you bad cars!
I bought a vehicle from them last winter and shortly after started experiencing issues with the car. After taking it to multiple mechanics they deemed it as unfixable and not safe to drive. The vehicle is totaled.
Not only is the vehicle unsafe to drive and unable to be fixed, they also sold it to me for a way higher price than vehicles of the same year and model are going for. All I can say is that I was ripped off in multiple ways. This dealership absolutely scams people!
I contacted the dealership and they are completely unwilling to fix what they did. Unfortunately, this causes me to have to take further action.
There are other reviews on here of people being scammed and I have no doubt that they are legit. DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership! They are untrustworthy and unreliable.
If they respond to this review and say that it is untrue, it is absolutely not. I will not be reaching out to a manager because I have already reached out to two different people.
I am absolutely appalled!
