I love the O’Reilly’s here in Walla Walla. Hands down the best customer service at the front desk! Had to replace my alternator right in the parking lot and they let me borrow little tools I needed that were not on my person or in my vehicle. Great place and great staff.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable, quick, fast and to the point. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They even came out and looked at my vehicle to make sure the problem I had was fixable. I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto parts in Yakima Washington for anyone who might need their vehicle fixed or need a part or even some advice. Can you have a good work guys.

I came into the shop wanting my charging system checked as my car wouldn't start earlier in the day.
Employee Jose said he'd check my car's charging system and even though it checked out OK I still decided to buy a new battery there.
Well Jose not only sold me a new battery but he removed the old one and installed the new one too, that is great customer service, thanks again, Jose!

If you can go to anyone else. Do it. Poor customer service, very hot inside been waiting in line with only the person at counter to wait for over 20 minutes and still waiting. There’s 5 people behind us and two employees doing nothing.

Went to return something unopened with the receipt and he kept mumbling quietly and I had to keep asking him to repeat himself, turns out he kept asking me if I bought the parts here. Yes, I did, look at the receipt. Very unfriendly, threw the receipt at me. Name on the receipt is Jesus. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
