“The lady at the counter (can’t recall her name but she was there after 4:00 pm and had long dark hair in a ponytail) matched a paint chip I brought in EXACTLY. She looked at it for like 20 seconds, picked out a swatch, double checked it against the chip with their colour check device, and nailed it on the first try. Eyes like a hawk but for paint.
I let her know I was fixing some paint scuffs in my apartment and she actually checked to see if they did business with them and was able to cross verify that it was the exact same colour! She also gave me advice on the best brush technique to use when painting to ensure an even application and blend it out seamlessly. I was super weird and nonsensical because I had been up for two days trying to move, and she was still able to decipher what the heck I was trying to ask for lol. Fantastic service and lovely staff!”
