Bought my first car here and was the best experience that I could ask for when buying a car. Very respectful people, very kind and I just feel so comfortable around them. Rip off. I bought a 2011 Suzuki SX4. It had a clutch/brake fluid leak.I had PepBoys check it out. They say the leak is coming from the transmission.I believe Premier knew of the problem.

I was looking for a long time for a car under $9000.00 . I looked everywhere in town and all the car had some issues. However Edwin at Premier was able to get me in in a 2015 Chrysler 200. I have owned the car for two months now and i love it. Best of all my payment is only $235.00 a month

This is probably one of the best dealerships I've visited yet, they have great customer service and a good, affordable selection of cars, it didnt matter that my credit was low they were still able to get me into the car that I've wanted for a while. I love the way they treated me and i dont regret coming here for my purchase. Thanks to Frank and the financial department i didnt have to put much down. Thank you Premier.

I should be giving this a half star but it doesn't allow it. Bought a 2016 kia Sorento with 100k for $17,295When I drove it home we noticed their were chips in the windshield. The sun room wouldn't close after opening. Took it to my trusted technician and I was told that the lower control arms needed replacement along with rotors and pads because they brakes were at 10%. Also the car was 2 quarts low on oil. Got that fixed which was a little over 2,000 dollars. Then I kept having to refill the window washing fluid just to find out there is a hole in the reservoir which I was never told about. Haven't even drove the car on the freeway but starting hearing a clunking sound coming from the front of the vehicle. Diagnosed that the front axles needed replacement. There's another $1200. Then I get home today and the car is stuck in park and won't shift. So now its being towed to the kia dealership. FRANK IS CROOKED AND THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING ON THEIR VEHICLES BEFORE RESELLING IT. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLS FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER. Most of the time a used dealer will fix issues before reselling it but this guy did not ! Thanks Frank for your terrible service and your horrible integrity. You should feel ashamed of yourself. On top of all this there is a major safety recall that never got performed on this vehicle confirmed by Kia! Do not buy from Frank all he cared about is making money instead actually being up front and honest with his customers!

Awful. You could do better anywhere else.The first time I drove to Yakima from Ellensburg for promised service, they had not scheduled me at the agreed upon time, so I wasted half a day. Since then, I've been trying for weeks to reschedule and no one called me back. Finally spoke with the owner today, Amy, and the excuse was they didn't have anyone to do it. They certainly weren't interested in my complaints and then refused service. Fortunately, I have a document that I will be submitting to the BBB that says I'm owed this.They are rude, disrespectful and don't care about their customers in the least. Don't waste your time.UPDATE: None of their response is true. All lies. They never once tried to contact me in the months I was calling them. It's rich saying I'm rude and disrespectful when that's all I got from them. Seriously, a pile of trash business and people.

If you want a good and reliable car, avoid this place. today I got my license plates and it’s sad that the car has been sitting at the shop since I bought it (almost 7 weeks) I never got to drive it. I have spent 2,000 in repairing and is still waiting for more parts. The warranty that they sell is a joke they Will try their best to not cover you anything. At the beginning I tried to talk to them so we could resolve this situation and all they said was. That’s not our problem anymore the bank is the owner now. They are rude, disrespectful and don't care about their customers in the least. Don't waste your time.

I had been to 2 other dealerships looking for car, was denied because of my credit, so I gave a car lot one last chance and decided to go to premier auto group, saw that they had a Camaro on the lot, and even with no credit got me into a car but they got me and my mom into two cars. Premier auto group has excellent customer service they all went above and beyond to get me approved, I am going to highly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.

Looking for an inexpensive car that isn't junk is like finding a needle in a proverbial haystack. Mom totaled her car two months ago after driving it for 24 years, so finding a replacement to suit her was even more challenging. We went to Premier Auto to see one car, but ended up falling in love with another. Daniel showed us the perfect sedan - no damage, drove well, performed superbly. He even worked to get the price to fit our budget and promised to stand behind his sale. Their 90 day/4500mile warranty was like nothing I'd seen out there. Daniel is a rare breed in the used car business: kind, considerate, listens, patient and willing to make sure his customer's needs are met. We were lucky to find him and the car. Mom is quite happy getting acquainted with her new wheels and for once, I feel we got a fair deal from a salesman. Highly recommend! I highly recommend this auto dealership! They were extremely helpful from beginning to end and they have a very quick response time! Even after I sold my car (because I bought a new one) they were helpful getting my refund from my warranty I did not use.
