I had my outback washed, waxed, detailed, total inside washed, and the headlights cleared of all the foggy stuff. I walked away with a new car. Super nice professional caring people. I highly recommend these people and this company.

I was there over an hour watching them NOT repair my rock chip and actually made it worse. Rock chip repair should take 20 minutes at most. Couldn’t even be bothered to wash the whole windshield. 0 out of 10 in all areas.

What can I say about the amazing service I received from the guys at Pro Clean Auto Detail, I have taken my vehicle to them on a few separate occasions and every time they have not disappointed. I had my wheels custom painted during the summer and let me tell you (FIRE) Most recently I took in my vehicle for the Paintless Dent Repair and Joel got down and did his thang! He was able to take those dents out and make it look as if they never existed in the first place. Still trying to figure out how he does that!? I also got a complete interior and exterior detail (I have not had a detail since I purchased my vehicle almost 3 years ago) so you can only imagine the condition, Rudy did a great job! Thank you guys so much for the professional, fast and friendly service 10/10 would recommend!

About 5 weeks ago, I used Pro Clean to do a ceramic coating on a 2021 Mercedes GLC 300 that I had purchased. They did such an excellent job that I had them to do a ceramic coating on my 2019 Mercedes CLA 250. When I picked up the CLA 250, everything looks great except for a few small spots that were missed. I spoke with Joel, one of the managers. Joel assured me that he would personally get it taken care of, as well as detail the inside of my car just for my inconvenience. I told him that it was not necessary, but he insisted on it. True to his word, when I picked up the CLA 250, 3 days later, it looked Amazing! The spots were gone and the paint job looked as if the car was brand-new.
Joel and Pro Cleans professionalism and dedication, goes far above and beyond anything I could have expected. Their attention to detail and willingness to make it right, is a testament to their commitment to Customer Service and Satisfaction. I live in the Tri-Cities, but drove the extra hour, because their work and commitment is second-to-none! I highly recommend that anyone looking for a ceramic coating, wax, clean or detail job for their vehicle. Please make that extra drive to Pro Clean in Yakima, it's well worth it and you won't be disappointed! Check out the attached pictures.
