I really don’t like posting bad reviews but this was a terrible experience and I don’t want other people to waste their time.
None of the seats/areas were cleaned between people for pedicures or manicures. I had multiple times where the person doing my nails would disappear for 20-30 minutes. I would ask politely for help and they would just stare at me. I honestly wanted to cry I was so frustrated. It took 2 hours to do a mani/pedi that cost $80 and it wasn’t busy. I didn’t want my nails cut, just filed and they came out so uneven I had to go home and just redo my nails my self.
I was just really sad with the service, the cleanliness, and what you got for the price.

I came in for a color change and was seated right away. Two additional people came in and they started working on those customers as I was still waiting. I left, thought it was very unprofessional of them.

Will not be returning. I was told this place has the best shellac and decided to give them a try. The people were nice but $80 for a French tip mani pedi when you don’t even clean or soak my finger nails before painting them, push back my cuticles, or put lotion on them, or give them an included “natural bath” !!!! The pedicure experience was decent but the water wasn’t very warm and my toenail tips were too thick. I did NOT get my moneys worth for my manicure. Will be sticking with West Valley nails by Safeway.I added a before and after

Excellent. I felt pampered with the lotion massage on hands and legs. Three people assisted me for gel manicure and pedicure. Tina and Tony are very grateful for patronage.
